Fred Greene, Ph.D.
After completing a Ph.D. in English, Greene moved to Hollywood to write taglines, trailers and documentaries. Taking a sabbatical from the entertainment industry, he became estate manager to a high-net-worth household based among London, Monte-Carl, Mykonos and Miami. Beyond accounts, staff, travel and property maintenance, Greene oversaw the building, furnishing and establishment of two new households: a Miami Beach hi-rise; and a superb Greek villa.
Returning to LA and movie marketing, Greene has since executed numerous transition-oriented projects, including Estate Liquidation, library building, residential and commercial relocation, event planning and decorating. In 2013, Greene was engaged to consult on the distribution of the estate of Dr. Isabel Dalali, whose extensive collections were recently auctioned by Christies & John Moran.

Suzanne Ogilvie Crowe
Trained for a career in psychology, Suzanne began her professional life directing a children’s educational program in San Diego. 8 years later, an opportunity with Paramount Studios, brought Suzanne to Los Angeles where she handled accounts and contract negotiations for executive travel.
Suzanne first experienced the demands of inheritance upon the death of her husband’s father, an eminent physician and avid collector. Stepping up to the challenge, she executed the distribution of his worldly effects, inventorying and placing collections of silver, art glass, antiques, furniture and fine art with Bonhams. She then supervised the renovation and sale of his residential property.
In 2004, as a new mother, Suzanne became an owner and manager of a Miracle Mile apartment building, completing a thorough, historically respectful restoration and upgrade. Until its sale in 2014, Suzanne was responsible for all financials, tenant issues, maintenance and construction.
Upon the death of her mother-in-law in 2012, Suzanne once again faced the demands of inheriting an estate with significant collections and property. Collaborating with consultant Frederick Greene, Suzanne arranged to auction the collections of Dr. Isobel Dalali at Christies (New York) & John Moran (Pasadena), oversaw the careful distribution of personal effects and family treasures, while renovating and preparing a prime BelAir villa to the leasing market.
